All Day Tours
Pasley Island Tour
The Pasley Island group is a beautiful archipelago of eight islands tucked between Bowen and the Sunshine Coast. The kayaking here is arguably the nicest day trip in the Lower Mainland. A 15-minute shuttle lands you on the west side of Bowen Island where we prepare to launch from Tunstall Bay Beach. During the tour, we weave in and out of the Pasleys, paddling among seals and watching the bald eagles soar overhead. A gourmet lunch is provided that we eat on a beach where you can swim or simply take in the surrounding beauty.
Two person min., $185 each includes lunch and shuttle, advance reservation required.
Half Island Tour
Bowen Island’s 32 km coastline is a tough challenge if what you really want is a leisurely, full-day adventure. Why not paddle half way around and get a lift back to Snug Cove when you’re ready to call it a day?
The northerly route (approx. 19km) departs from Snug Cove towards Gambier Island, around Cates Bay, over to Hutt Island and then south to picturesque Tunstall Bay. Occasionally, depending on wind and weather conditions, we may take the southerly route (approx 13km). The tour can be comfortably paddled in 6 hours with breaks. Along the way, we stop on a few beaches, have a café box lunch, and observe an abundance of wildlife. Prior paddling experience is highly recommended because of changing conditions in Howe Sound.
Two person min., $185 each includes café box lunch and shuttle, advance reservation required.
