Youth Leadership Course


*July 5-9 & August 9-14 $ 355.00* 6 participants Ages 14 -18**
Five days of learning the skills of kayaking with an overnight camping trip on the last two days. Strokes, capsize rescue and touring in a kayak will be taught as well as the principles of navigation - charts, compass and tide tables. Teamwork, environmental stewardship, and leadership skills are emphasized with an opportunity for each participant to co-lead a section of the program.
