SUP Yoga

Move your asanas onto a paddle board to strengthen your yoga practice and have fun at the same time! You’ll achieve a greater core workout while challenging your balance and strength. It is also a great way to fine tune SUP technique through yoga postures! In an outdoor environment, SUP Yoga offers a truly unique and fun experience.

SUP Yoga is open to everyone but some paddle boarding experience is suggested. Classes are organized on a request basis, so get a group of friends together and we’ll set it up. Classes are 1.5 hours long, $60/per person, and include rental paddle board and PFD. Our instructor is both a certified yoga teacher and Paddle Canada instructors.

  • No prerequisites but SUP experience is an asset
