After a lunch break at a beach we’ll continue north arriving at our basecamp for the weekend.
Once camp is set up, you’ll have free time to relax or swim before an afternoon yoga class. Following dinner there will be time to get to know your fellow paddlers along with an evening meditation before turning in for the night.
Day 2
Morning begins early with coffee, tea, juice and fruit before a morning yoga class. With our minds and bodies awakened we sit down to enjoy a hearty breakfast. The morning continues with a kayaking trip to visit local sites, search for marine life and learn about the region.
After lunch you have free time to enjoy more kayaking, swimming, hiking or relaxing at basecamp followed by an afternoon yoga class.
Night time brings your full day of activity to a gentle close with dinner, exchanging stories with new friends, and an evening meditation session.
Day 3
Following a morning yoga class and breakfast, we’ll pack up camp and reload our kayaks. We’ll spend the morning paddling south towards Bowen Island. There will be a beach break for lunch, a quick swim and stretch before we get back in our boats for the last leg of our journey.
